Honda recently unveiled the newly redesigned 2021 Honda Ridgeline, and it seriously ups the ante in terms of rugged appeal.
For the 2021 model year, the Ridgeline will come with more sculpted lines and a wider stance that gives it an intimidating feel. This new design direction hints at its off-road readiness and capability while also appealing to traditional truck lovers.
Despite its new exterior look, the Ridgeline still offers the functional, convenient features that made it so popular in previous generations. For instance, it comes standard with a weather-proof, locking bed trunk that can hold up to 7.3 cubic feet of cargo. This makes it ideal for expensive power tools, camping gear, and more.
The Ridgeline also comes with 50 inches separating the rear wheel wells, which is the largest in its class. This space means it’s the only vehicle in its segment that can easily fit 4-by-8-foot building materials lying flat on the bed floor. Even better, you will find smart storage solutions inside the cabin with a 60/40 split-folding rear seat that will allow you to fit a full-size bicycle in the back.
You will be able to tow up to 3,500 pounds in the FWD 2021 Ridgeline model and 5,000 pounds for the AWD model. Inside, you’ll find a standard 8-inch touch-screen display that will keep you connected with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ smartphone integration. The Ridgeline even comes available with a class-exclusive, in-bed audio system, which will play music outside of your truck for tailgating, camping, and more.
