A new member joins Honda SUV family, and it’s ready for adventure. The all-new 2019 Honda Passport was recently introduced this past November during the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show.
The 2019 Honda Passport debut showcased a combination of off-road capability and on-road refinement, while displaying its best-in-class interior space in the SUV segment.
This all-new Honda SUV will join the SUV lineup between the compact CR-V and the three-row Pilot. It has four trim levels: Sport, EX-L, Touring, and Elite. Each model — with the exception of the Elite — will come with either two- or all-wheel drive. AWD will be standard on the Elite.
Other standard features include a 3.5-liter, direct-injected V6 engine that produces 280 horsepower while operating with a nine-speed automatic transmission. It will feature standard Honda Sensing® safety technology and 20-inch alloy wheels. Along with these standard options, the Passport will offer the SUV segment’s best-in-class passenger space of 115.9 cubic feet and 2.5 cubic feet of underfloor cargo storage.
Consumers will also choose from special accessory packages for different lifestyles, including the Adventure and Urban accessory packages.
We are looking forward to the release of the 2019 Honda Passport here at Don Wessel Honda. As we await its arrival, stop in and check out our extensive selection of the Honda CR-V and Honda Pilot while searching for an SUV for sale in Springfield Missouri.
