Drivers have waited for the new Honda Ridgeline to arrive and it’s finally arrived! The midsize pickup competes with the likes of the Toyota Tacoma and Chevrolet Colorado. Starting at just $29,475, the Honda Ridgeline is one of the most affordable pickups on the market. Available in both two-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations, the sky is the limit when it comes to capability. When all is said and done, a fully loaded RTL-E model comes to $41,370.
Under the hood is a 3.5-liter four-cylinder engine that puts out up to 280 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. Mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, this pickup earns an EPA-estimated 18 city/25 hwy mpg when equipped with all-wheel drive. Front-wheel drive is a new option for this generation Ridgeline.
As for capability, the new Honda Ridgeline features a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 lbs. when equipped with all-wheel drive. As for the front-wheel drive model, towing comes to a still-great 3,500 lbs. Payload for both configurations comes to 1,584 lbs., a good number for a midsize pickup.
