After a complete redesign for 2017, the CR-V returns this year with the same impressive lineup of trims and options. The 2018 Honda CR-V’s features include more standard safety and technology items to deliver the modern features today’s drivers expect.
The CR-V is available in four trim levels: LX, EX, EX-L, and Touring. The LX trim comes standard with automatic climate control, a 5-inch color LCD display, a rearview camera, Bluetooth® connectivity, and a USB port. Moving up to the EX trim adds a sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 7-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, and lots of active safety features like adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and blind-spot monitoring.
With the EX-L trim, buyers will get leather upholstery, a programmable-height power liftgate, HD radio with an eight-speaker audio system, and the option for navigation. The top-of-the-line Touring model adds dual chrome exhaust tips, a hands-free liftgate, and more.
On the base model, the CR-V comes with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine rated at 184 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque. The EX trim and above include a turbocharged four-cylinder that delivers 190 horsepower and 179 lb-ft of torque.
